When I started looking for a car I checked out a lot of places. I came across CMH Auto Superstore and was impressed with there stock. I filled a quick form and was told about Raymond. He was very nice and nowledgeable about they're SUVs. I was able to test some cars and I decided on one. The financing was first rate and Krista very helpful. Thank you everyone at CMH. I traded in my car here to get one of their used vehicles. They offered a decent trade-in value that was much better than other dealerships were offering. Lucas helped me through the process and managed to get the entire trade done in a week. He provided great service and made the entire process easy and understandable. They honour their 60-day warranty like they said. They fixed an underlying issue with my car in less than a few days after purchase free of charge. My sales consultant, Raymond, was exceptional. He helped me get a new (used) car (2021 Toyota C-HR XLE) and made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. He was transparent, kind, knowledgeable, and never made me feel any pressure or urgency to buy. After I decided to buy the car, he explained to me all the next steps and helped me get everything in order, from selling my old car to a scrap yard to updating my insurance, and more. When you go, you get to test drive and inspect the car alone. I liked this because I found that when you’re alone, you can take your time, check out everything big and small, and focus on what you like and/or dislike without any added pressure/nerves/unnecessary small talk. With other dealers, you’re forced to test drive with a salesman watching you like a hawk while they try to upsell you the car as you’re driving. The service manager, Graham, was also incredibly helpful and kind. He was also very transparent and honest about the mechanical and safety details of the car which made me confident in making my decision to buy from them. Thank you Raymond and Graham for making this big decision incredibly easy! There is a reason I chose to buy from a dealership that is almost a 2hrs drive away from my house. I am very happy with my new car! :) TL;DR: CMH Auto Superstore is a pressure-free, fully transparent, and honest dealership. They make the entire process of buying a car easy. I recently drove two hours from Richmond Hill to St. Catharines to purchase a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, and I can honestly say it was worth every minute. I worked with Sam who was absolutely fantastic. I know it sounds like an oxymoron to say you’ve found an "honest car salesman," but in Sam’s case, it is the 100% truth. His honesty, transparency and integrity were exactly what convinced me to make the long trip down. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain every detail and made very pertinent recommendations without ever being pushy. The level of service didn't stop at the sale, either. When I returned to collect the car, Sam even arranged to have me picked up at the GO station. Beyond Sam, the entire staff at CMH was pleasant and professional. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Graham, the manager, who handled the trade-in values for my existing vehicles. He made that part of the process fair, easy and transparent.
