I recently drove two hours from Richmond Hill to St. Catharines to purchase a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, and I can honestly say it was worth every minute. I worked with Sam who was absolutely fantastic. I know it sounds like an oxymoron to say you’ve found an "honest car salesman," but in Sam’s case, it is the 100% truth. His honesty, transparency and integrity were exactly what convinced me to make the long trip down. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain every detail and made very pertinent recommendations without ever being pushy. The level of service didn't stop at the sale, either. When I returned to collect the car, Sam even arranged to have me picked up at the GO station. Beyond Sam, the entire staff at CMH was pleasant and professional. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Graham, the manager, who handled the trade-in values for my existing vehicles. He made that part of the process fair, easy and transparent. Friendly helpful staff, their no negotiable pricing was both good and different. Nice to feel that I didn't leave money on the table. I drove 2.5 hrs to get there, had called in advance, truck was in great condition as advertised, all the relevant locations fors for me I read on line ahead of time. Zero pressure from Ray Blais (sales person) nor Krista in finance. Highly recommend by me.
